Our mission is to serve our communities most vulnerable population with the utmost care and dignity while ensuring member choice. Our agency was founded by special needs parents and understand the struggles a lot of family's face. Our reputation was built on trust to last a lifetime! We put our families first! We are advocates and will work hard for your family to ensure that your family's needs are met. Our agency owners are hands on with each and every family we have! We are dedicated to making sure that our motto always rings true, "Together We're Better".
About Us
Who We Are
We are proud partners with the Division of Developmental Disabilities. We are required to follow all rules and regulations set forth by DDD and AHCCCS. Elite Home Care Services, LLC was founded in 2019, but was 17 years in the making. Our founders worked their way up from being providers to trainers, to case managers and then decided to open up an
agency. They are also special needs parent providers and understand what our families face on a daily basis. While each persons life is unique to them, they understand the need to do better for our community. They are advocates and have spread that tenacity in their team. The owners are hands on and live what we do every single day! Our team is made up of grandparents, moms, dads, advocates, behavior health specialists and more.
What We Do
Elite Home Care Services has a contract with the Division of Developmental Disabilities. We serve Arizona's most vulnerable population. Our services range from Respite, Attendant Care, Habilitation, Group Homes, Day Programs, Job Programs, Safety Training, Caregiver Training to a variety of Therapies. Our therapy department includes Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Music Therapy, Physical Therapy and Early Childhood Habilitation.
We accept DDD members and private pay is available!

This service provides assistance for a member to remain in their home and participate in community activities by attaining or maintaining personal cleanliness, activities of daily living, and safe and sanitary living conditions.

Habilitation may be provided to increase or maintain Independence and socialization skills, safety and community skills, as well as member’s health and safety. It is also intended to provide training in essential activities required to

Respite
Respite provides short-term care to relieve Caregivers. Members who are cared for by Respite providers must be eligible for support and services through the Division. Respite services are intended to temporarily relieve unpaid caregivers. Respite services are not intended as a permanent solution for placement or care.
